- Payment must be made with registration to reserve space. If payment
is by check please make it payable to: Tampa Bay Dragon Boat Institute
(referred to later in this registration as “TBDBI”). Post dated checks are not acceptable.
The completed form along with payment should be forwarded to: TBDBI, 223 S. 12th
Street, Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33679-8302. If payment is by credit card, you will
be prompted to enter your information at the end of online registration.
- The above information is provided by the participating organization. By
digitally signing, your organization agrees to the terms and conditions of this
Team Registration and waives any cause of action against TBDBI, TBDBI sponsors,
The City of Tampa, Great White North Communications, Inc., Asian-American Coalition
of Florida, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, members, contractors,
agents, employees, sponsors and volunteers.
- A waiver of liability and release must be completed and signed by each team member
and an authorized representative of the participating organization and returned
no later than April 14, 2008. The Rules and Regulations must be complete and signed
by the Team Captain and an authorized representative of the participating organization
and returned no later than April 14, 2008.
- The TBDBI is under no obligation to accept a registration and reserves the right
to refuse any registration in its sole discretion.
- The undersigned agrees that TBDBI has the right to decide, in its sole discretion
a team or team member’s qualification to race, a team’s divisional Challenge Cup
category and all other issues relating to the logistics of the race.
- All races are subject to rescheduling and/or canceling due to inclement weather.
Refunds may not be available. TBDBI reserves the right to expand the race to a 2-day
event.
